核心鍛鍊瑜珈以適度溫和的方式訓練身體肌力,從背部、腹部到骨盆處,藉由一連串的動作喚醒深層肌肉,搭配鼻子吸氣,嘴巴吐氣的固定調息,使身體與心靈運作活絡起來,達到增加肌、耐力,以及燃燒脂肪的效果。

Core   yoga trains body muscle strength in a moderate and gentle way.  From the back,   abdomen to pelvis, a series of movements are used to wake up the deep   muscles. With the fixed breathing adjustment of nose inhalation and mouth   exhalation, the body and mind are activated to achieve Increase muscle,   endurance, and the effect of burning fat.
